FLASH LIGHTS on Halloween

It is very important for young children when going Trick-Or-Treating that they, at all times carry a flash light. This will help them navigate through the dark of Hallow's EVE, but also I would recommend that parents should go with their children for safety reasons. A simple flash light can be wonderfully spooky with a pinch of crafting and imagination, I decorated my flash light last Halloween as a ghost. You can even add sound affects to your own flashlights, I used a mini tiny tape recorder and taped it to my flashlight, it said "BOO" every time I turned it on.
